This technical training is designed for technicians who want to deepen their knowledge of HELI forklifts, with a focus on new models, electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as diagnostic and maintenance procedures. The goal is to enable participants to work more efficiently, safely, and independently across the entire HELI fleet. By the end of the training, technicians will leave with practical tools to diagnose issues faster, improve maintenance practices, and deliver superior service to their customers.

What you will need to bring: 

• Laptop​

• Safety boots & glasses

• Pants (no shorts) 

Content of the training: 

•  Safety when performing maintenance, repairs on the Eneroc Lithium-ion batteries,  Huawei and Bassi chargers.

• Special tools and PPE needed  when working on Lithium Batteries

• Software navigation using a laptop and Charger

• Identifying components – mechanical and electrical in the(Batteries + Chargers)

• Basic diagnostics on  Lithium Batteries + ChargersLithium-Ion technologies

• Charge and Discharge profiles including a Handshake needed to start the charge cycle.

• The difference between connectors REMA and (GBT) including the pin out identification.

• Lithium-Ion battery construction, including control and power circuits

• CAN Bus Communication between battery and charger

• Huawei and Bassi charge anatomy and theory of operation for each

• Performing basic diagnostics and repairs to the battery and/or charger as required

• Overview of how to access parameter settings with all Lithium-Ion model forklifts

• Review of all associated technical documents provided as supporting information on the (Heli Canada Portal)
