This technical training is designed for technicians who want to deepen their knowledge of HELI forklifts, with a focus on new models, electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as diagnostic and maintenance procedures. The goal is to enable participants to work more efficiently, safely, and independently across the entire HELI fleet. By the end of the training, technicians will leave with practical tools to diagnose issues faster, improve maintenance practices, and deliver superior service to their customers.

• Identifying components – mechanical and electrical
• CAN Bus Communication
• Overview of how to access parameter settings
• Review of all associated technical documents provided as supporting information on the (Heli Canada Portal)
• Participants will become familiarized with the function, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair
